SCHOOL Fitness

Designed for secondary schools and primary schools, our fun and interactive classes help students release energy in a healthy way whilst also giving the students an opportunity to learn how to exercise safely and properly.

Corporate FITNESS

Designed for businesses looking to boost employee health, wellbeing, and office morale. Regular exercise is proven to enhance focus, reduce stress, and energise the workday, but it also creates a fun and inclusive way for employees to connect with each other outside their usual roles.

Personal Training

Each 45 minute session is uniquely tailored to your goals and fitness level. Our expert coaches specialise in a wide range of training styles, from bodyweight exercises to weightlifting and everything in between.
